Exchanges

The short version

Check the item at the door before you pay. If it is not what was described, hand it straight back to the driver and you pay nothing.

After delivery

You have 3 days to exchange an unused item in its original packaging. Depending on the situation the exchange is free, or a delivery charge applies. Message us first and we'll tell you which.

What we cannot exchange

Opened earphones and screen protectors that have already been applied, for hygiene and because they cannot be resold.
